JSM Quality Consulting is led by Jeff Mullen, a manufacturing Quality Manager with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting regulated and high-demand manufacturing environments.

Jeff has built and maintained ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems, led internal audits for ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949, and supported organizations through corrective action, process improvement, and audit preparation efforts.
